(7) Your Petitioner was married on the 5th day of June 1889 at St. John's Cathedral, Victoria aforesaid,

according to the Rites and Ceremonies of the Church

of England to Georg Franz Robert Sachse, a German

subject. The Certificate now produced and shewn to

Your Petitioner marked "A.C.S.1" is the Certificate

of the Marriage of Your Petitioner.

The said Georg Franz Robert Sachse died on the

29th day of December 1901 at Tai Kok Tsui in the said

Colony of Hongkong. The Certificate now produced and

shewn to Your Petitioner marked "A.C.8.2" is the

Certificate of the Death of the said Georg Franz

Robert Sachse.

(9) The name of Your Petitioner's father (who is

now dead) was James McIntosh, and that of her mother

(who is also dead) was Harriett McIntosh. Both of

Your Petitioner's parents were British subjects of

Scottish Nationality.

Your Petitioner intends to continue to reside in

British Dominions for the remainder of her life,and being a

British subject previous to her marriage to an alien,is desi-

rous of being granted a Certificate of Naturalization and Re-

admission to British Nationality and of taking the Oath of Allegiance to His Britannic Majesty, and of being granted leave to renounce the name of Sachse and to assume and adopt in lieu

Saxon thereof the name of "fasie”.

Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays

that Your Excellency may be pleased to

grant her a Certificate of Naturalization

under the British Nationality and Status

of Aliens Act (4 and 5 George V Cap. 17 Section 2 (5) And Your Petitioner further

humbly
